PC problem! (Not beta topic O_O)

okay, this just started happening today. Everytime I hit shift when typing to chat or send simple mail....the curser returns to the beginning of the messeage...EVERY TIME....help?

try restarting the game, and/or the pc. i get some wierd stuff like this too every once in a while. usually while hitting the arrow buttons to select recycle old chat phrases i said.
