My friends keep telling me about seeing him, but once I arrive at the spot he shows up at, he's already gone. I am continually told by various people that I would get a huge kick out of him, but... it's just been a major let-down seeing as to how I always miss him... Screens and/or further information/hotspots would be helpful and greatly appreciated... I hope, with your help, I can soon meet this player/toon face-to-face.
