hard power in ncp?

I finally have enough to buy a hard power charge from a player shop but iv heard from several people we will be able to buy them in ncp shops for 200k this update... is that true? Or when if ever will we get them for how much?

i wish they have solid/ power S sold in npc's store rather. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif i am not paying the 10 buck to sega until they have a real update...hopefully they will add those hard to get units into npc's store. Even better if they start adding 10* board for sell and level cap 90...lol.

2-3 months of waiting is very long wait u know...lol. this bunny is impatient...lol. Sega is probably gonna fix the mess up drop rate of this game. I mean come on, 100+ runs to get a 4* me/quick...>.> just hope that they will fix it and make the 10* board more obtainable or easier to get from monsters, and make 11* and 12* to be more harder to get. if they do that then i can probably live with this game a while longer...lol.
