I generally, first check my PM to see what it has been synthing. I also check what she has, in an effort to remind myself of what I'm trying to get for my store. During that time, I also check my own inventory to make sure I have precisely what I'll need to head on out. I don't want to head out carrying too much stuff where I wait until I'm already in a level to find out I'm completely full.

Depends. If I'm already in a mission zone when I log in, I look for a team. If I'm in my room I will normaly (not always) check to see If anything was bought from my shop.
