Can't revive?

A friend of mine has a Humar (Section id Redria). For some reason, he can never use Reverser / Moon Atomizer to revive. He can never set the cursor to his teammate who was just killed (he can set the cursor to items, but not to revive). No matter how far / close he stood in front of the dying soul, he still can't revive.

Any ideas what's wrong? He experienced a BSOD and he lost all his items. Could this BSOD corrupted his save data? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_confused.gif

but the other day, i was killed during the mine boss fight on vhard, and the other members of the group couldn't see me to revive me. they threw reverser and moons over my stuff, but nothing happened. They said i wasn't there.

My friend has a similar problem. He is using an import DC with a US PSO and BBA. Is there anyone with a similar problem?

It happens when the DC region doesn't match the PSO version.

It happens when(for example):
US DC plays JP PSO.
JP DC plays US PSO.

Even if you use Utopia boot disk or CD-X or whatever enables you to play the game, but this problem remains.

I see, Rei. Do you know if this problem happens to everybody with PSO and DC from different region? Or is it rare? Does it have anything to do with those DC's that are made in China? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_confused.gif

I got this information from an Asian PSO forum. Since Asians mostly play JP version games, but buy whatever region DC. They have had this problem for a while.

Also, they did talk something about who to avoid the reset of your DC while playing PSO. If you wanna know, pm me. I don't wanna be flammed......it's pretty sensitive.

Yup, it's confirmed. I have a pink hello kitty Japanese DC, and playing US PSO. I can't use moon atomizer =(
