I know I've linked (lunklol) to the youtubes in my time, but jesus christ I'm sick of every other thread being something like
"LOLHILARIOUS" and then I click and its ANOTHER GODDAMN YOUTUBES!

I actually had to tell my friends off for spamming me with YT links every time I got on. They knew I was on PSU and didn't want to be bothered, but oh no, "come on, it's hilarious XD"

It really helps to soften the blow so to speak by writing out a short description of the link to make it relevant, and if the video is relevant to an ongoing conversation.

I can chat with people and we can link youtubes around but not be annoying because it is what we are talking about, rather than just being random and out of the blue.

I just want people to label or explain or do something more than copy paste the link and write OMG LOOK FUNNY as the title, even if I have blind linked like that myself with url tags and non descriptive text links or the link is short enough anyway.

I mean I don't really need to see the Reboot Elvis or other things I've seen before and don't want to see again.

It's not really the "LOLHILARIOUS!!@111" comments that get to me. It's the flat out racist and disgustingly disrespectful comments that people can hide behind.

Some examples:

Well, they do have a football program at VT, and I'm assuming it was a game being played by VT.
