have they been confermed?do i have to be a certant type to be able to get them?if not then when in the game do i get to be able to use them?

They have been out for a long time.

These are the types that kind use them.

Fans or Cards: Wartecher, Fortetecher, Guntecher
Axes: Fortefighter, Protranser
Grenade Launcher: Fortegunner, Protranser.

They exist only online. You can't get them offline.

They go in the left hand like single hand guns. They fire needle looking things that home in on your enemy a bit.

They all home in on one enemy, but if another is in the way, it is hit.

at 11+ it gets 3 shots instead of 2...

And theyre hawt.
