Help: cant identify this item

Okay, so Im a SUPER/UBER/MEGA Noob, I just logged into PSU for the first time and I cannot figure out where I take this "??? saber" to be identified, can anyone help me out here?

I did the tutorial, but the little bot chick sucks at giving tours.

-oh wait this is PSU. I have no idea what you mean by a "??? Saber" there isn't anything like that in PSU unless you mean a [B] board.

but in PSO you'd take it to the guy in the shop who is next to the weapon dealer

I don't think you can find "??? sabers" in PSU but you could find them in PSO
