PSU: Help: cant identify this item

Okay, so Im a SUPER/UBER/MEGA Noob, I just logged into PSU for the first time and I cannot figure out where I take this "??? saber" to be identified, can anyone help me out here?

I did the tutorial, but the little bot chick sucks at giving tours.

Yeah, in case you haven't noticed, a lot has changed since PSO. Weapons and armors rarely drop pre-made, and there is no teking system. Instead, you get the boards to put in your PM to synthesize the things.

Wonder what happened to PSO tekkers anyway. Did they all strike to get raises, and then got sent to Ragol to get eaten by rappies and Dragons? Or maybe, maybe they all got eaten by SEED! Yeah! Thazit!
