Low lv equiped with SUV

I remade my character for like the hundreth time sh is lv 10, and I equiped this light-elemental Ageha-senba with a extra slot. Either this is a glitch or I just never noticed but, I was looking through my storage, and noticed this old grom buster I had that wasnt x'd out. Now can somebody tell me this, are characters below lv 20 able to equip SUV weapons just for the +1 evp or w/e, but unable to charge/exacute them while below lv 20?

That is correct. The bar will not charge until your CAST character is at least LV20.

No you can't use them at all. They have a red 'X' next to them until you get to lv. 20.

Yea, i noticed this too. I had the lazer in my inv, and equipped it. I was lvl 19. Just nvr charged

You can equip it as long as you are a cast with an extra slot on your armor. You just cannot charge or use the SUV until level 20.

My caseal is only level 17, and has an SUV equipped. She just can't use it.

i wore myne at 19, so the second i hit 20 it started chargin!
