All non-voters must register with the democratic (right...communism) bureau of FKL in order to officially recognized as non-voters. (FKL 450698-OLpp9-4) Those who do not comply will not be counted as a non-voter and will be considered null. After a few months we will considering adding a non-voter party to the ballot if enough non-voters register.

So if I don't not vote to be a non-voter, I'm in, right?

It takes more than not voting to become a non-voter. A non-voter must believe in the retoric of non-voting; which is to not comply with the idea of supporting an idea that goes against their beliefs and does not fully support or appeal to the ideals of the non-voter.

For example, you could not vote on whatever you like ketchup or not but if you desired to vote but simply didn't then you wouldn't qualify as a non-voter but a void voter. If you didn't vote for or against ketchup but do not like ketchup and prefer mustard instead you then you qualify passive opponent but not a non-voter.

If you don't vote on the issue because it does not fully comply with the standards or ideals you think it should hold then you qualify as a non-voter.

Attention all non voters.

You must fill out sections 1, 2 and or 3 then jump to section 8. After 8 go to 15 and pass Go. Collect cash and enter the classic konami code in the input device that will be temporary grafted into your skin during registration.

This would make you a protestant anti voting void non voting voter who doesn't vote to vote.

We have the abridged version of the rules for registration. It is for those who feel daunted by reading a quarter of a million pages. The abridged version is only 900 pages.

Now you're just making it way too easy on them. Back in my day, we had to read 5 million pages, double sided even, and by pages, I mean sheets of paper. And we had to find the next sheet in a stack since it wasn't bound or stapled in any way.

I'm surprised your vote passed kindergarten. My vote can count to ten in three languages.
