Giga Save Units

I find myself longing for both the Giga Skill/Bullet PP Save units for my fG and GT. I won't go into detail, but I feel that I could benefit greatly if I could get my hands on one or two of these elusive units.

So my question is, how great is the reduction of PP cost for these units?

Giga/Bullet PP Save - Strike PP becomes 150% of normal, Firearm PP becomes 75% of normal
Giga/Skill PP Save - Strike PP becomes 75% of normal, Firearm PP becomes 150% of normal

I would love a Bullet PP Save, but I can't find them (I'm as lucky as a brick) & they're a minimum of a million meseta...
