Played the PC game for the first month and just came back to start playing on the 360...Tons of new stuff and I am trying to figure what exactly these 50,000 meseta PM devices do?? Instant upgrade to the PM of your choice??

Kinda, It Changes The Colour/Appearance Of Your Selected lvl 80/100 PM, also depending on the certain types they grant them different weapons & tactics aswell as some being able to use SUV's!
