Someone found a Rabol Dadan on the Xbox 360

I was randomly searching for stuff in the player shops when I came across a room with a guy displaying a Rabol Dadan armor. Says he found it in one of the new missions on Moatoob. Is this a new item? Or was this always available?

the board should drop from Navals level 80-99. Which would be something from one of the new missions.

its a nice armor because it raises atp and ata when equip but paying 5mil for just the board isn't worth it (thats how much hes selling it for)
