Alright, I recently went FF to level PAs until I can go PT, and after shopping for a couple of days, I guess people are either holding onto their equipment or have stocked it in shops expecting people that don't read forums to be carrying in excess of 80 mil on hand.

I'm willing to pay 100k per piece for low-percentage, non-dark, non-light melee weapons.

Here's what I'm looking for:
Gudda Breba
Ank Tomho
Hanzo
Mugungri

I'd also negotiate a price for 6* Kubara Knuckles or Swords.
