Point 1:Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.

I don't recall private property being one of the rights granted in the Soviet Union.

A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

What country doesn't have that?

Abolition of all rights of inheritance.

Without private property there's not much to inherit is there?

Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

Oh, come on, emigrants and rebels surviving in (or trying to get out of) the USSR? I think not.
Again though, lack of private property pretty much nullifed that anyway.

Centralization of credit in the banks of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.

A national bank that is the controlling entity for the entire economy in the Soviet Union? No way, that's unpossible!

Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the state.

You are now watching channel 1. Also feel free to take our State train system or drive your own government owned car on our road system.

Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.

Czechoslovakia anyone? How about Belarus? The Ukraine? Romania?

Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

You don't have a job? Here's your issued job! If you don't work, you're shot, capisce?

Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of all the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the populace over the country.

Giant industrialized state farms helped do that. Unfortunately the USSR was so monsterous it would take thousands of years to make the entire country look like a giant metropolis. Instead just the western areas did.

Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc.

Government sponcered education in the USSR? But of course!

Sounds to me that all ten points are met for the USSR being as communist as Marx. Remember kiddies, communism is an economic system, not a government system. For the Soviet Union was a socialist national government with a communistic economic backbone.

@Norvekh

What you are writing is Marxism.
Marxism is more the description of a country reigned as big company.

And is by far not the real communism.

Yeah i know, Marx and Engels sayed it's communism, but i would give on that as much as i would give on something Steve Ballmer says.

But also have to been said real communism (and not this communistic painted stuff) is an ideal*, but absolutely not to get, cause of the human behavior/egoism.

You need a big bunch of social oriented people to change a small thing in the egoistic systems of our days, but you would need only a small group of egoistic people to brake the real communism.

*Ideal because it would mean, everyone would act for the community and not primary for himself.
And this because of the insight, that it brings the whole better ahead then when everyone only looks for himself.
It would also mean that mankind did get rid of the materialistic view of happyness.
(like big/expensive cars, the most expensive clothes etc.)

Ah, actually, I beat Skuda to it.

But never ye mind.

Getting back on topic, fatbot is clearly a metaphor for communism. Or Engelsism or exorcism or one of those things.
