In response to pso123hrf's thread, I decided on doing a similar one about Acrofighters. So, anyone here gonna make one when the expansion comes out. I know for a fact that my human will definitely be an Acrofighter, I just hope they keep S rank Twin Sabers(I kind of doubt that they won't keep them seeing the speed bonus) and at least lv 40 skills, but I would like 50 if only because I can get that white trail behind my rising crush when I send boomas flying.

I have a feeling Mufonna will traverse the acrofighter class. My storyline was pretty much already heading that direction, with her, before the class even was announced. I was originally going to have her as a fortefighter and *claim* she's a part of something..now I can also add that class to her and make it a class-based reality.

I was thinking that it kind of sux that Acrofighters don't get longbows, cuz then, Newmans can be like Legolas. But at least us Humans can still be like Musashi. RP-wise, twin swords are my human character's main weapons, so Acrofighter makes sense for him, and he's not a gunner(as Acrofighter, shadoogs may be doing all of the gunning for him) and Fortefighter only gets A rank twin sabers(._.), and also, he's a fast, evasive fighter, and Acrofigther fills out all of his needs.

I may become one, after I recap my fortefighter and cap her skills. I like agility based characters more than strength based, but there didn't really seem to be much room for that in PSU.
If the higher evasion is more beneficial than harmful, and if the class seems good enough, then I'll give it a shot. Otherwise, I'll keep on huggling my S rank spears.

For PAs, they [so far] get lv 40 skills and lv 30 bullets. They have 2nd best ATP and really high EVP. I think their flaw is that they seem to have a rather limited choice for weapon types, especially 2-handed weapons, and none of their weapons seem to have tremendous ATP.

The class is oriented around being fast and thus also has very high EVP, thus using a class that can take advantage of that is a rather good idea. Humans and Newmans can easily break 1000 EVP without buffs, so it's not like it's not gonna be a unreliable means of defense. Good MST helps too for those tech attacks (which many enemies in AoI use).

Well that kicks the 100 something MST I have now in the ass. And since my newman was supposed to be a rouge like speed character(not really a bad guy just fast) this is perfect. No Double Sabers = No permanent Arcofighter for me.

And to the other poster, all DS don't look like canoe paddles. Ever seen Crea Doubles? I never used DS until I gotten a Crea Double.

I'm definitely going to try Acrofighter, but I'm not sure whether I want to try it on my beast or maybe my human. I like the attack speed and the ability to use the whip but being stuck to mainly one handed weapons is a bit of a turn off for me as far as my beast goes who's a FF now. (I love my axes, knuckles and twin claws) But regardless what race I choose, I'll be an Acrofighter come expansion time.

OMG, that just makes me cry in happiness. I'm SO glad to hear that Humans might be the best at a Fighter class.

Without looking at the stats, I was skeptical about newmen or even humans being a better fighter class than casts, but after seeing the stat sheet, I can't really argue. It looks like humans really get the lead in stats that they're better at, while not sucking in stats that they're worse at.
However, newmen still look kind of iffy. I may give it a try, but I don't know...
