700,000 maybe? Probably less. I'd stick it a 600,000 and see if it goes.

I'd put it in your shop for 100,000, then lock your room with a password, then PM that password to me....that's what I'd do.

between 500 and 600k would be a quickly sold price that would still give you lots of cash.
