Hello to all of my fellow gamecube P.S.O junkies this is directed to all of the peeps out there with Lv 100+ chars from what you have observed which force character to you consider to be the best because im about to start one and i want to make sure that he//she can hold there on in combat when i which ultimate (^_^).

I would go with FOmar might be tough to use but great in attack techs.
