Being booted should only kick you out of the party that one time. When you get B-listed you are sort of permabanned from the said member and I think they are unable to see your speech bubbles.

I'm not entirely sure as I've never been b-listed, but I do know that being booted and b-listed are two different things.

Not really. Though it does make it so you cannot rejoin.

If you blacklist someone, you cannot see their speech. If they have your card, they can't see where you are or what character your on.
