Alright you guys, it's time to get busy! Months ago me and Ryogen had been trying to get this event going but never gotten around to do so. So now I am taking actions into my owns hands because it seems like a lot of people really were looking forward to this event.

The idea of this event is to set up an audition for people who would want to use their voices and try to get the spotlight and be known as the winner of PSU Idol. We will have three Auditions, the first will determine who all will get to go to the next round, that round should nerrow the singers down to a smaller group then the second round will do the same and finally the third round, the grand finally the singers will have to try their best songs to compete against the finalists to win. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Is there a prize? Yes, there will be prizes but I will get back to all of you on that.

Everyone, listen this is all for fun. so don't be afraid to use that mic and let your singing voice be heard,.

Also, I want to say this, I know that the Mics are sucky but, that's why we are only going to be in a party of 4 players. the three judges and the contestant.

The event will be heald on a SATURDAY, because everyone is able to come for the event on Saturdays, most likely.
I will need, cameraamen and videomen, judges and a trust worthy Treasurer.

If you want to be one of these please PM me and I will give you detail about these jobs, Ryogen will help me decide who is good for the jobs too.

Some ideas:

If the party is going to be of four, being 3 of them judges is a bad idea, except they are at the same time the camera and recorder (if it is in a “public” place then there is no need for a camera in the group)
My idea:
- 1 to 3 recorders/camera
- 0 to 2 organisers
- Contestant/s

Second: I think it will be difficult to have music + voice in the headset, after recording the voice it can be added to the song (provided by the contestant/s) and then, it’s time for the judges to do their job (and by doing this, there can be any amount of judges the organisers may want). I have my own webspace that I can use to host the recorded contestant videos. We record, then post them, then have the community (that's you) vote on who's the best of the lot. The judges can probably weed out the worst few beforehand (as in make them ineligible for win votes), but I'll add the videos anyway.

Just a suggestion though, none of this is approved.

Best Places to Have: Waterfall (it makes good scenery for any ballad someone is singing , for recording purposees, plus tables. Ice Mountain (also makes good scenery, and the oasis....Hmm. or maybe the Pub (lol drunk dancers) lol, make sure to wear your slutty outfits boys and girls, lol, i like Sekani's Idea about how we would let them vote for it. Also, have you talked to the rygoon person? about me being a judge?? hmmm...where else............ Oh Well can't think of anything right now, but i'll get back to you. There also is always the chance of doing it in someones room, just the judges and the contestant, and we message the contestant when to come in, with a new pass set everytime, and they could choose the background and props they want for their song, Lol, ok, c ya l8tr

I am still a little unsure about time but most people are online at like 7 PM EST time wich would be 6 Central and 5 Moutain and 4 down there where the Californians and such live right??
