A lighter, eh? Buy some Axe body spray, preferably the one that's used like spray-paint.

Turn your lighter on, place the opening of the Axe can near the flame, and spray. If done correctly, you have a cheaply, yet effectively made flamethrower. I burned a can of Coke into mush using this. :3
