Grenades on Crimson beast

I was doing a crimson run and we had 2 fG's and Me(PT) and we all had grenades. At the areas where there were stairs we all happened to have the same idea; Launch different grenade types into the room below and freeze, burn, and infect the enemy crowd

Has anyone ever tried doing this on a crimson run?

I've been doing it since i got my launcher, after i dropped a virus on the large enemy of course.

I dont use my grenades on jarbas tho, but I do shoot them with my bow and freeze them and hit 400s on them.(grenades dont do much to the jarbas IMO)

A lot of ranged weapons work well there: rifles, twin pistols, pistols, bows. Also, ra- spells do a good amount of damage as well.

What i was origionally asking is if anyone had multiple grenadiers in the party and you all had an Air Strike/ Firework Show it the room below.

i like using it on De Ragan more and watched him getting owned. Grenade kinda use a lot of PP even for forte class. I like saving the best for last.

pssst....i was just making a joke there. I found it quite odd that the OP would want to start a conversation about such a specific topic. Grenades are MUCH better used against the De Ragan at the end.....but don't tell the OP.

Yeah....today on a Crimson S run all 6 peoples had bows and we killed everything REALLY fast so its kinda the same as bunny snipers but closer to elf bunnies.

*giggles* the bunnies snipers have more than just rifles....we got level 21+ bullets machine guns. Each bunny does 300+ damage per hit x 6 bunnies = 1800 damage....1800 damage x 4 hit/sec. = 7200 damage per. sec. = "wat kind of damage is that?" hehe. ^__-

Awwwwww man, our elf bunnies only did 400-600 per shot and thats only 2400-3600 per volley. But i still win because elf bunnies that can also use grenades (staying on topic) and plant mine/trap fields are WAY more sneaky...

haha...playing dirty with traps, eh?? Dont get me wrong i love using grenade too, but i tend to drift away from rifle, grenade, and cannon now. I am an expert with crossbow and mech gun. For me it was red, blue, and purple so all i saw were fireworks falling and then enemies running around on fire, infected or frozen lol. And it was the same on de ragan, but it was blue, orange/brown-ish, and purple.

I love it when that happens. Unfortunately, a lot of Fortegunners think they are ub3r l33t by running around with a palette full of Phantoms and completely neglecting the other more specialized weapons (shotguns, grenade launchers, laser cannons.) I barely use Grenades on regular mobs due to one fact...it is useful for disrupting attacks but it also kinda annoying for our Fellow Fighters doing their Phonton Arts Combos while that Grenade just blew it the OTHER way around...(It happens to me so i don't want others to experince teh same thing).

anyways...I do still use Grenades on regular mobs if the situation calls for it.

After you beat Plains Overlord and enter Lakeshore with the sunset, turn around and walk back through the gate you just came out of. Crimson Beast is now available and if you beat it, will take you back to the previous lobby field.

parum past ragan. then out the door you come from, turn around, go back in, and there u r. and also, u need at least 3 ppl to get an S. ull find out why. also people, get a team where everyone has a launcher with diff colors, and you got a show. its very cool

I just found another good mission for grenades...
Me and some friends were on Neudaiz going to FI and we stopped and did a Grove of Fanatics run and the balconies work really great for bombing the robots becaus usually there is a balcony, then stairs leading down, then the main floor where all the enemies are at so its also a good area to use grenades in a strategy...
