what photon arts do you think does the most damage? From your experienced with the Photon Arts, list your most damaging photon arts and the damage it does.

my most damaging photon arts is the crossbow PA because it does quite a lot of damage at level 21+ against opposing element. I got my ice bullet for the crossbow to 25 at the moment, and each arrow does 350+ damage per hit x 3 arrows...that is 1050 damage total per shot against those level 50 pigs on neudiaz.

I have a set of 28% light daggers. Used in Linear line, they tend to eliminate enemies very quickly. 350+ per hit x many hits in the combo x hits 2 enemies, the three enemies.


My GT's damage is...underwhelming, even at level 49. 300 ATP is the suck

Shousen Totsuzan-ga. It does around 450 per hit. I have no idea how many times it actually hits per combo, so I can't calculate a total.

Anga Redda. Around 1000 per hit for the first 2 combos, then 2000-3000 per hit on the third. Each hit can attack two targets as well.

My diga hits anything for 1187 (cept ground, which is like 600-700)

and on lightning it hits 1778
and highest Critical was 2309. this is all from a Mayrod. never tried it on my Howrod, since thats where my Ice spells are.

Bullets : Shotty if your not playing ranger (rangers = ranged fighting) otherwise twin handguns or rifle with the correct bullet

I do about 1500-1600 with my shotty. All my bullets are high (except working on dark now) so it doesn't really matter what I'm fighting. I was considering getting a HPC for it since the PP on shotguns drain so slowly. Haven't committed to it yet though.

Just a side note, you can use a shotgun on Jarbas without getting killed. Stand behind it and you'll be fine. They turn so slowly the immobility doesn't matter. more than likely it's either one of the saber PAs or dagger PAs. Speed of delivery and number of hits along with recovery time make a lot of difference. Technics are prolly pretty weak when you take everything into account, while bullets are prolly the strongest overall.

Sorry, cant give you damage, seeing as it doesnt necessarily DO damage. Theoretically take the highest HP of any enemy susceptable to Lv 4 SE's and thats its max damage. Although it would be an incredibly lucky shot.

my second best PA is my machine gun. I am almost at level 21 for it now...i am at 20 right now. I love using machine gun.

My level 20 ice bullet for machine gun does 285 damage per. hit and it hit a lot. I dont really count the sec. or how much damage it actually does, but seeing 285+ damage repeatively until i ran out of ammo is fun. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

Agreed. And might I add NosDiga VS Polavohra? critical hit around 1450 x 3 = 4350 about. So yeah... pretty weak?

Single hit damage: Diga @ 30 does 1500-1600 unbufffed, 1900-2000 buffed and 2600-3000 buffed + critical.

Multi hit damage: Dambarta @ 30 does 600-700 unbuffed 700-800 buffed and 1100 buffed + critical. It can hit infinite enemies that are in front of you and to the sides allowing you to do thousands of damage every second. (6 or 7 x 750 = 4500-5250 every second or two) .

Forces have some of the highest DPS attacks in the game. Its just countered by their low survivability.

In terms of actual damage...I'd say either Diga (highest actual damage modifier), Foie (the burn adds a ton of damage on the bigger enemies), or Dambarta (easily the fastest way of clearing groups of fire enemies such as Badira/Koltova/Ollaka).
