I'm more interested in the HDD since I was under the influence of them being released on April 29th...

This question brings me to another question:
If you buy and download AoI Expansion for XBox360, will you be able to re-download if you deleted it from the HDD or if the HDD becomes defect or something like this...

if its a defect or error with the system then microsoft will probably just let you download another one for free. i downloaded a movie last week but only watched half of it. i tried to finish the movie but it said it was corrupted. i called M$ and they just gave me some free points and told me to download it again.

Once you've purchased the item (unless otherwise stated in the download info) any other downloads of that item are free, as long as you download them with the Gamertag they were purchased on the first time.

The only thing you have to repurchase thus far on the 360 are your movie rentals

any shows, Themes, Arcade Games, DL content for games once you download it you can download it again and again, I highly doubt they will do this since technically you could pirate AoI through an extra Gamertag. Since most DL content is useable with another Gamertage as long as you used the original Gamertag to download it and play it once on the console

EDIT: Still wondering how he has the 120 gb HDD already >.>

You sure about that Mook? I tried re-downloading all my Oblivion content on my new 360, but none of it works unless I'm using my own Gamertag. Not even my older brother's gold account works.

No what I meant is it can be used by other gamertags, not redownloaded.

But isn't that their form of piracy prevention? Since the content is also linked to your own 360, you can't just go around downloading it for other people, can you?

I mean, I can't even re-download and let my little brother play Oblivion DLC on his own GT because it is still tied to my old box and my own GT.

Maybe I'm not such a good pirate?

Well I guess I could be completely wrong, I've read the agreement thing over and over, guess I just misunderstood it

If they can fit it onto a DVD disc for PC/PS2 users, it wont be more than 4.7GB. I'm gonna guess around 3GB~

I believe the way most downloads work is you can download them on as many Xboxes as you want, but you can only use the content with the purchasing gamertag logged in to Xbox Live. The exception to this is the first Xbox you put the content on can usually use it with ANY gamertag, it's just the additional ones that need you to be logged in.

I was think tonight a little more about this... the 360"expantion" should Be cheaper (because of Stuff M$ has said about downloadable content would be cheaper than putting it on a disk) also if they want too it could also make it to us faster on Downloadables Due to the lack of Shipping Cost.
