Grinding A ranks

So now that we know we can safely grind our A ranks come AoI how many people will still try when the A rank Grinders are released and how many will wait till AoI?

I'll put +1 on all my weapons, and take the worse ones up a bit higher. The good weapons are waiting until AoI.

If its a weapon i don't want to risk losing, I'll wait til I have 3 luck and use A+3 grinders, that'll make "no fhance of failure" I believe for 2, maybe 3 grinds.

Other weapons I don't care if I lose, I'd grind higher, but still wouldn't go crazy.

I'll grind weapons i have duplicates of in PSU, any of my best stuff i'll wait for AoI after the first few guaranteed grinds

With 3 luck, C ranks can only go to +3 with no chance to failure, and the 2 to 3 grind requires +9 grinder. B ranks are +2 for no chance with the 1 to 2 grind needing +9 grinder.

I would guess it will take a 9 grinder for A ranks to get no chance of failure for just +1. Then no more guarantees after that.

I've been cranking out Deathmakers in anticipation of A grinders, and I'll probably grind as many as I can to +4 and if I still have a lot left by then, attempt to get a few to a higher grind.

On the subject of failing "No chance of failure", I've heard people saying they've failed it but until it happens to me I'm not believing. I'll just assume they were mistaken.

Eff that noise! I am gonna wait... I won't do a single grind until AoI. That new system is going to keep me from breaking my weapon(/heart!) so I can hold out longer.

neither i dont bother grinding weapons it doesnt do all that much if you ask me.

I'll be grinding like mad on the first day there is 3 star luck after the board is released. I have 29 Majimra's right now. I'm going to keep grinding them until I have 5 left which will be enough to fill my pallette (1 spot is reserved for a buff rod). I had initially thought about waiting for AOI but with money being as easy to get as it is right now (and we haven't even gotten Operation Firebreak yet) I figured I'd go for it. Besides, when AOI comes out there will be GRM A rank wands in the game that will probably be more powerful that I would rather use anyway.

Also, supposedly grinding in AOI is like winning the lottery because the chances are so low now to get to +10 so it might not be worth it to wait. With the percentages of a successful grind being so low, any money that you might save because your weapon didn't break will probably get spent on buying/making more grinders.

To be honest, I have not noticed much of a difference in the grinding charts between AoI and real servers. I was able to get 4 meirod to +10 relatively easily. Meanwhile, I broke atleat 30 meirod on real servers to get 4 meirod to +7

Other people were saying the chances of a successful grind dropped a lot. I hope you are right though. I'd be nice if it only got a little more difficult and not a lot more difficult.
