Character cahnges in the expansion?

What do they mean by that? we can change our existing chars or is this only for new char creation?

Those that are palying expansion already please tell us what you can change on existing characters.

it is unknown at current what you can do when transfering a character over, but the regular options available are enhanced a bit

They need to make the makeover shop basically the same as the creation screen and just charge for everything. We can already change our characters' appearances pretty radically, so why not let us change everything?

Yeah, I agree. You can change skin color and cut your hair one second and the next, grow it long, but you can't change your face, or even your bodily proportions?
