Someone told me that it doesnt matter if you use an armor PM to make this, that the success rate would be the same (79%) regardless of your PMs stats. Can anyone confirm this? The PSOW Database says that the boards' base rate is only 68%...

I'd be careful. On my pure armor PM only 1 of the 3 possible synths worked for the armor.

I believe 79% is the highest percentage you can have for a Rabol Rappy board. I've observed a couple of instances where it was lower than 79% with the lowest being 68%.

If you have 4 characters why not make 1 with a pure armor PM? There are only 3 other possible pures to make and if you have 4 characters you probably already made them... (If your smart/obssesed....)
