Dragoon head and RAcast head for males.
Females get the HUcaseal head, and that other strange one.

There are pictures in the AoI screenshot thread, if you wanna dig for 'em.

Meh, my caseal has a humanoid head, so I don't get to screw around with any of the new robotic heads. Those new caseal parts in AoI are very http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_barf.gif. Although, my character didn't look very bad in the HUcaseal get up. Wouldn't exactly fit my actual character though. Being a GT and all.

Starting over: highly grinded weapons are better than elements always. Soda Gigassa (Tenora 2* Sword) has over 300 ATP at +6 and a Human can equip it by level 4. So, makes yoseff a little bit of everything, 1-6 star, high grinds in whatever you feel you'd like to use.

Can't say that I do...but they're cutting it close. That torso is rather..eccentric.

The torso is the only part of that set I actually like. That torso + HUcaseal arms + Digiel legs (possibly) = Reka come AoI.

Males don't. I'd assume females don't either.

From everything I've heard, I'm about 90% sure I want to start over. One thing I need conformation on though: I heard Humans get a bonus on Fighgunner. Is it true, and if so what kind of bonus?

A Cast would still be better. But humans get a bonus for being a Fighgunner, Guntecher, Wartecher, and Protranser. Beast gets a bonus for being Fortefighter, Cast for being a Fortegunner, and Newmans get a bonus for being a Fortetecher. Its also just a guess but Id say the new classes in AoI will get bonuses for being human aswell.

I do realise a CAST would be better stat-wise, but I would like to know what kind of bonus humans get to Fighgunner. Is it increased of a certain stat or so, or is it some kind of "ability" per se?

This page shows the bonuses: http://psupedia.info/index.php?title=Types
Scroll down to the Favored Types section.

Human Fighgunner bonus:
HP: 3.5%
ATP: 3.0%
ATA: 3.0%
TP: 1.0%
DFP: 3.0%
EVP: 2.5%
MST: 1.5%

Since fighgunner is a gunner type, wouldn't that mean that casts get a boost for that class as well?
Also, this one dislikes class bonuses with much intensity.

They should though. Guntecher too.
Beasts don't get boosts in Fighgunner and Wartecher either, though both are part melee.
Yet Newmans get a boost in anything -techer.
Racist SEGA. >.>;

Humans get Fighgunner, Wartecher, Guntecher and Protranser boosts.
Newmans get Force, Wartecher, Guntecher and Fortetecher boosts.
Beasts get Hunter and Fortefighter boosts.
Casts get Ranger and Fortegunner boosts.

^Though I have yet to confirm I heard from a credible source recently that Newms get the 3% boost when going FG as well. Which makes no sense. Fat lot of good it would do them though.

I've heard Newmans get a Fighgunner boost as well, but I don't believe it. Doesn't make sense that they would.

Zorafim

The only way that it would make sense to me is because Sega is trying to keep their agile nature, which was lost in PSO. They don't like heavy equipment or restraining clothing (their excuse for making them scantly clad), so this would make them better at fighgunner than fortefighter.
But again, I doubt it makes much of a difference.

Why start over at all? You have 4 character slots, after all. <_<

princejake2
May 3, 2007, 03:32 PM
Because I've got a small bit of OCD and not having my main in the first slot would bug the living shit out of me until I either did something about it or shot myself lol

Zorafim
May 3, 2007, 04:10 PM
Keep all your stuff, though. Make a mule on the second slot to store what you need, then transfer it back to the first as needed. I still don't think it's wise to get rid of a character, as you may want to use it later, but I can understand something like not having your main on the first slot bugging you.

Yeah, I was planning on holding on to my stuff, I do have a shop mule I can use for storage if the common box isn't large enough. I plan on waiting until after Operation Firebreak to restart though so I can actually get some stuff from the event with my higher level character.

Yeah, that "thong" backside just doesn't work...not with my caseal's been programmed to drop Army of Darkness and Dirty Harry movie quotes on cue. The effect of watching a nerdy little fembot introducing critters to her "boomstick" is pretty much ruined when she's flashing metallic buttcheeks.

Zorafim

I have hopes for that set, and I expect all of them to be crushed. The body is metalic, but slightly feminine, so it may fit the knight look. The exposed flesh may be canceled out by my fish skin. But I doubt anything will come from me getting it.
