do skill PAs increase striking for PMs?

I've never fed my PM a skill PA. I just want to know if they increase striking and maybe lower technic power?

Like Rising strike? It should since TECH disks boosts up TECH and lower Striking

Try creating a new character, then run the tutorial until you get the Rising Strike PA. Quit out of the tutorial and feed this to your new mag....or PM! See what it does for free!! No money down!

Skill Discs (Rising Strike, etc) raise Striking.
Bullet Discs (Frozen Hit, etc) raise Ranged.
TECH Discs (Foie, etc) raise TECH.
