there is a prologue_english file and tho7e.exe is the game with english subtitles.

Yeah that's the one I've been playing. Something about spring and all this other jazz. All I know is they will say

Your character: "Umm where's the spring weather?
Other girl: *act like a dick about it*"Spring? what do you mean?
You: "That's it"
*shooting and music changes and lots of bullet things come raining on you.*

Mine came with an english patcher.exe that translated everything.

He understands the story line, it just not a epic story.

Oh well that's pretty simple. Heck I'd be made too and go on a flying shooting rampage. I still like this game. It's kinda some parts I wanted in a shooting game. Colors, cool specials, floating pictures, and music. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif
