Luck Material-Where do you find it???

I'm a lvl 53 Ramar and still haven't found any luck material. Also does Luck material increase your chances of finding rare items? Thanks for any help on this

I've found Luck material in every single area...

As far as I know, it affects your chances of having your weapons special effect actually take effect along with the damage.

Any chances of finding rare items is so far unconfirmed... altyhough I don't know everything. If someonbe's got a final word on that, I'd like to hear it.

It just affect the rate of Critical BLows (the bonus on any physical attack) nothing more.
