Vigor Coat and Western Bottoms. Currently unreleased. Even in JP.

Edit: I read the OP wrong. The one your talking about is the AMF Military Jacket. The Vigor Coat is the one below it. Still unreleased, though.

If that ever happened, I'd almost be tempted to dress either Tynselle or Mufonna in a Tails suit. If only because a girl in RL actually did buy a Sonic Adventure 2 wearing one.
