PAL, I don't recall there being a / Quick unit higher than Har in Mewn's file dump (unfortunately, PSUPedia seems to be down, so I can't check that).

Only other quick unit in mewn's file dump is Har / Smart. It doesn't reduce TP, but it does reduce technic range.

There might be more Quick units in the expansion, but I highly doubt anything like Orpa / Quick exists in the original client, unless Sega is very good at keeping secrets.

id say stick with me/quick until there IS something higher than 70% faster. only 16% is not worth it, even though the next one IF IT IS 70%, even though its only 4% higher, it just seems better.

You have to remembr that the animation speed[the motion of the Rod or Wand or Madoog] is still the same, as told to me by another Me/quick user.
