Spell-Casting Speed Question

Me and my friend, who like to argue a lot (and I mean A LOT), got a debate going about casting speeds for spells. I say that a level 10 and lower spell takes less time to cast than a level 21 and higher. He thinks I'm crazy. I'm pretty sure I'm right, but just to make sure, can somebody confirm this for me?

And yes. I do realize that I'm doing this just to show him I'm right, and he's wrong. As always.

Lvl 1-10 have fastest speed then lvl 11-20 are a little slower then 21+ are even more slower

that will suck badly come level 31+ spells

Speaking of.. Are there any screens or videos of spells that are 31+? I think the only one I've seen is razonde 31, would love to see what some of the other techs look like beyond the 21 stage.

Thats what I said while I was leveling up my force, but I ended up seeing what all the spells look like at 21+ way before I got my spells to that level.

One of the things I'm curious about is Megid, I wonder how awesome it looks at 31
