hey does blissy learn counter? they say it cant but on the battle tower i saw one use it! might learn it from tm counter but do they have it in pearl if they do where can i find it?

The male must know the move.

Get a male Breloom (evolves from Shroomish), raise it until it learns Counter, which it learns by level up, then breed it to a Chansey or Blissey, and the baby will know Counter.
