Special Waepons question

Ok, here's the question:
If I play with a friend online who is for exemple YELLOWBOZE id, and that I'm PINKAL, how the special weapons drop will be? Combined with the two ids?

Word on the street is that it's based on whoever starts the game. I'm not sure how that changes if the creator of the game leaves during the game, however.

From my own experience it's been based on the host of the game, but I'm not sure if it changes or not once the host leaves. My guess would be it does.

Whoever started the game is what Section ID the Specials will be dropped.

Whoever started the game, as has been said--and it does NOT change if the creator leaves. Once it's been set up, it stays that way until that game ends.

Kayumi,
the ID will change.

If the host leaves, the user who has been in the room for the longest will have his/her id take over.
As evidence, take a look at the tekkers, they will change.

This has been my experience at least.

I heard the drops are ALWAYS the creators, the tekkers may change, but the drops remain the same.
