error 038

has anybody else gotten a 038 error report? after i put my login info it takes like a minute and give me a 038 error.
can anyone help?

Don't forget to install the Direct X that came with the PSU CD ;D~

Oh wait. That option is only for the the PC version x.X; I see you're probably on a 360, which I have no clue of >.>
