Does anyone know if the expansion is going to be just an add on or an entire other game with the same things and some extra stuff.

I think he means this:
Will you be downloading the expansion or will you have to go to best buy and pay 50 dollars for a whole new CD.

XBox 360: It was announced you can download it. Of course, you'll probably have to pay to do that.
PC/Playstation 2: Buy it from a store.

well i was more talking about buying a disc and downloading it to your console
