I was playing that old game Blood one day back in like '98 or '99, and it crashed, and then the hard drive failed immediately after. I got blamed for anything bad that happened to the PC even if it was clearly someone else's fault, so I was freaking out big time, trying to find some way to either fix it or get out of the country before my mom walked out of the kitchen, lol.

I was only affected by FSOD when playing PSO.

I was screwing around in the lobby before the screen turned black. I thought, "What the hell just happened?" I turned the game off and put it back on... and my characters were all replaced by NOL. That has happened to me on the Dreamcast for a total of seven times.

once i was playing majora's mask on teh n64 and it was at the end of the ridiculously long Kafei's quest and anju and kafei are hugging and my friend's dog bumped the n64 and the game froze and started blinking alternate colors >_>

My worst was a PSO episode 3 error, I was fighting Pollux and getting my ass handed to me(wouldn't have happened if I could use my own character, damned Sil'fer >P). She delivers the final blow and as Sil'fer falls to the ground the screen freezes right there and I hear that god awful buzzing noise. I reset my Gamecube and when ep3 loads up it says "The data on the Memory Card in slot A is corrupt and must be deleted." FATALITY
