Server is down?

I was playing with my girlfriend, doing Da Ragan on B, I lagged out and cannot log on, keep getting Error 60 or 51, am I the only one with this problem? >_>;

Lovely, I got on, was almost at the end of my mission, same crap over again, AND their official site seems to be down too for me, lovely..

the game servers must be working extra hard breakin everyone's s ranks maybe thats why is not letting us in =P XD

After about 5 minutes of ATTEMPTING to log in i get -

I'm getting a "(No. 060) Failed to Recognize SEGA ID. The Servers may be undergoing Maintenance."

So there goes my hopes of early morning Leveling on Mother's Day >_>

Freaking hell, I would love if they gave some sort of status check, it's pathetic how the only source of checking the servers, is down as well, so you can't even ask them wth is up. >_>

The 360 servers went down for about 2 mins. I got back on again when I tried. This is a PC/PS2 problem correct?
