Question for Forces who've beaten DF on VH

Just not sure what I should do =) Have a level 56 FOnewarl with roughly 250dfp debanded and using a metal/body, 2 dragon hps (makes for about 380hp total), but whenever i get to the last form... *whack* Do you wish to return to Pioneer 1?

Yeah, drop te body and go for a Resist/Holy or something that'll boost your light resistance. Also, when he is invincible, use Foie type techniques. Just in case you didn't already know that.

I'm pretty sure slash does 390 damage offline on vhard, 450 online. Get 391 hp and around 20 light resist and you should be fine

Man I have a FOmar lvl 60 and he got killed by the stupid second form of DF. With 20 light resist the light beam attack is hitting me for ~350ish.

Come to think of it that leaves me with 31 hp... so I have 381hp now... so if I stick a General/HP unit with my other Dragon/HP units I should have >390 so I can survive slashy-thingie.

Sil Dragon was also a push over, but Da Rei Lie (whatever his Ultimate name is) is another story. MEEEEEAN. You'll wanna do some leveling before taking him on. Ditto for Vol Opt; I was able to get through the Mines pretty easily, but Vol beat me down pretty badly when I first fought him in offline Ultimate.

I'm having the same trouble on Ultimate Falz. Can anyone tell me how much damage that claw attack does on Ultimate? I signed up just to ask this, so I hope someone can help.

Hmm, they aren't THAT bad! IMO Vol opt is even easier than Dal Ral Lie. If I remember well I beated Dal Ral Lie at lvl 74 and Vol Opt at lvl 77 with my fonewearl. The thing is with Dal Ral Lie, is resistance to EVERY magic is quite high, so I couldn't use any ra spells (plus it's not my speciality spell either with fonewearl!) as they both dealed like 70 dmg! My strategy was to use zonde on his head, cause on other part of his body zonde dealed like 20 dmg, but on his head my zonde did about 300! It was quite annoying to use zonde as my fonny wasn't always aiming his head >_< And when he was in the water swimming, I used grants, dealing around the same dmg than zonde, or maybe more ~250, but on every parts it did the same dmg if I remember well. It took about 30 min, but it wasn't that hard! With general/dragon hp you can survive every hit he does, even this purple ray he "spit" at you!

Vol Opt was always and will always stay too easy! =/ All I used was foie on the screens and zonde on the other things you have to shoot for his first form if I remember well, and then zonde on the second form of vol opt ! But at this lvl you won't be able to survive the "ray" when he traps you, but it's easy to avoid this blue light ball that follow you so you won't get trapped. All you have to do is when it let it free it at you, start to run around vol opt, and when the light ball comes close to you, start suddenly to run around in lil circles, like you were a dog chasing your tail XD The light ball will never be able to catch up on you!

I think I beat DRL on my second try actually, but it still wasn't too easy. After dying the first time after coming close to killing him, I got mad and went back, equipping every HP boosting unit I had, and beat him down similarly. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif Really annoying for a FO though; I think I actually used gizonde over and over again without a weapon equipped, which worked pretty decently... Just VERY gradual. Took me at least 15 minutes and probably almost all my fluids, ouch!

And huh, maybe Vol Opt V2 wasn't as hard as I remember? It's been at least a month since I've fought him offline, but I'm pretty sure he gave me some trouble. I wasn't using HP boosters though, which is probably why.
That light ball DID get to me a few times, but only because I was so, so rusty at fighting Vol and avoiding that damn ball. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif I mastered it back on V2, but it's hit me a few times since. Ow...

Anyone know how much damage Falz' "love tap" does in his final form on Ultimate, in this version? It was well over 1000 in V2, I believe...
