If it is,what lvl do you have to be to buy them?

In version 1, you could buy stuff like Last Survivors, and Vjaya, depending on your section ID. In version 2, the shops went even further and had nearly every Blue-Green item like Flowens Sword, DB Saber, Varista ect, but they were pretty useless in ult anyways.

I dont think its possible to buy any 9 star items from the shop anymore. Best thing I've seen though was a 4 slot ultimate from in the ult episode 2 armor shop

That's actually a good question, one I've asked myself.. and haven't gotten an answer for. But, considering in ver. 1 and 2 by the time one was level 50 or so, rares would start popping up in the shops and now in the GC version I'm at level 99 and have yet to see any.. I'd say no you can't anymore. No big loss, they were usually crap rare weapons anyhow..

If you can still buy them, it has to be some level way above mine. (110)

I keep checking though, because I have noticed that the wep store guy gives WAY better percents more often then in V2. As a Bluefull, my 'in store rare' would be the Gae Bolg, best of the 3 (Common) rare partisians. On the Dreamcast, I had 'Rol killa' a Gae Bolg with 45%hit and 40% native that I bought from the store. Here, with 50 tops on everything in-store, I believe that a Gae Bolg would still be worth while to buy if it was like that Heat Club I saw the other day with 50 hit 50 Dark.

One of my boys bought a KALADBOLG on ver1 Dreamcast, that's it. Gamecube nothing so far.

Well, you learn something new every day. I guess I would have known about that if I hadn't had to restart my Dreamcast character so often (don't ask.)

you cannot buy a rare item.
anything you thought was rare but found that you could buy it on pioneer 2... is well.. not rare, seeing as how you can buy them.
