DARK FALZ. LOL. EASY? HARD? bad boss....

I went into ruins with a level 13 RAmar, in normal mode. I had a "Shot", a "DOUBLE SABER" and a "Mechgun +4"

i was only level 13..

and then i reach the boss, Dark Falz.. and i thought i was gonna die. So i bring in 10 scape dolls, and alot extra fluids for resta. i keep my good old shifta and deband handy, with my power attack. Now i have a VARISTA. that i eqp. when fighting DF. I wetn in and my mag didnt S&D me so i do it myself.. i had 243 HP. the darvants did so little damage, you could barley see any difference on the bar. probably like 1/50 of the bar was taken away cause of those annoying little darvants. so i get hit 3 times.. left with like 230/243? idk. maybe not that much.. but allloootttt. I was suprised how i beat the "Darvant Phase" in less than 10 seconds.

So im fighting this dude with those dragon heads that shoot out darvants, making use of the shot i have with me when the head spits out Darvants. And when hes vulnerable i used my varista.. i think i did 143 dam. every hit. i used my Mechs too. like 25 damage a hit. i take this Form of him out pretty quickly. The rabarta, and reafoie didnt really hit me much.. but they did a good 1/3 of my life. Heavens punsiher did like 1/2 of my life. I then was against his form where he revolves around the ring.. veryy easy!!

And he dies.. and right now that sweet epilogue music is playing! Ohh man it just stopped..

Anyways. I timed myself when i battled him.

6 minutes and 45 seconds.

I was surprised..

I was only level 16 when i beat the guy..

Now. Why is this guy soooo easy?

Do you think he's too easy?

In normal difficulty, (s)he is easy, especially if you use items from your other characters. Hard mode and on is where it gets tough due to the third form. Ultimate is very tough, even the second form.

There are 2 times DF is hard the rest are easy. Those 2 times are when your lvl 41 trying to fight V hard falz (i managed to beat him =) but it cost all 30 of my mates and 10 stars lol ) thats hard and the other is in ultimate mode at anywhere below lvl 130. Other than thats (s)he is lame all the time.

I almost beat him at level 45 I belive. In VH he's a little tricky, but with my spoiled HUcaseal, I swear I was about to beat him, but my mom came in screaming and i died x_o

He's cheap, not hard.

But overall he's not a very difficult boss, you have have to deal with the fact that the game's mechanics aren't very deep so the fight is as deep as it will ever get. Still a fun game, but DF isn't hard...but cheap. (Anyone that sees him throw off four heaven punisher in a row...every few seconds knows this one lol)

For me, Dark Falz was only hard the first time I fought IT, in Hard Mode (Final Form).

He was pretty easy for my Humar. But i had 4 Dragon/HPs on him.

My level 39 RAmar tried to kill hard mode DF no dragon hps or anything with a Walz MK-2 rifle and when i got to his last form he 1 shot me on his first attack http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif what do i do?

Up until Ultimate, Falz isn't that difficult. You need quite a lot of HP to survive, but as long as you're above the sweet spot (which is approximately 450 on VHard) and have plenty of healing, you're good.

On Ultimate, it's a whole different story. On Gamecube, the recovery period between hits is critically short. If your HP is high enough you won't be knocked down, and with the low recovery period you can very easily take multiple hits from the Rabarta and die. On Blue Burst it's even worse, because some retard at Sonic Team decided that removing the recovery period entirely on Ultimate was a GENIUS idea.

On top of that, Megid CAN kill you on Ultimate. Hard and VHard, Falz' Megid is pretty much zero threat. But if you're not careful enough to pack extra EDK for Ult Falz, he can KO you.

You still shouldn't die to Falz Megid even on Ultimate, it's incredibly easy to predict and therefore avoid, due to third form Falz' formulaic attack patterns.

i think i defeated df with hunter at lvl 46 or 47.. not hard.. had a lvl 200 mag stag cutlery suppressed gun scape dolls etc..
