I'd say just buy it from NPCs. people are freaking nuts and are trying to sell them for well over 100k when you can buy them from the nps for 7500 and 8000. I think in all my recent shopping I've seen only two people selling for under NPC price and I do a lot of shopping. but as far as vulcaline goes, I'm in the market from some myself so if you find a source, let me know

Well i'm about to be out 300k - 500k after buying several 5* OR 4* Line Shields to feed to my PM to make it pure Armor. Hm that's awesome. I'm unsure if I have 15 or 20 Di-Photons though.

Im on PSU right now, let me switch to my male cast "Omega Cypher" and come meet me on UNI 2 Guardians Colony floor 4 in front of the Space Dock so we can trade.

The 18% fire CL should help me a bit once Operation FireBreak is up...
