S rank drop rate?

I'm spamming Mad Best S2 hunting for an S rank board. My mission count is about 20, and I haven't seen anything. For the people who found something, how many runs did it take?

need to know for motivation over the week end. I'd really prefer to get something before firebreak.

In about 55 runs I've seen one Ragnus board drop and that was in about the 5th run.

I've gone back to labs, since these drops aren't seasonal the prices will drop as more are found, everyone else can do the graft. I can run labs in about 10 minutes with my friends and earn 18k, if I sell all the drops I find, I can get about 25k a run with a nanoresin/vulcaline or two. Speaking of which, I sold all the nanoresin, kerseline, vestaline, ebon and vulcaline I had in storage for about 2m towards my S rank fund.

Not the most fun way to get and S rank weapon but probably the most effective.

solo Mad Beast S2 for awhile...the only S rank [b] i got so far is Halarod [b]. I have to say it also depends on luck to actually get a drop...lol. You can do up to 100 runs and still not get any S [b].

Great, you have 2mil now. After you get as much money as you need to buy a S rank, you just have to find someone willing to trade it. And that will cost you... Oh wait.

You're on 360, right? Us PCers really wish we had that option.

I'm on 360, I saw someone selling a Meteor Cannon board in their shop for 5m and somebody else was selling a Halp Serafi for 6m.

I would love to find my own S rank boards but I work 60 hour weeks, I can only play two days a week which is a small window to a). see a board drop b). actually get it whilst in a party. I'm a Cast fortefighter so soloing isn't an option.

I really wish I could simply sell all the materials I get while farming the Fukas to buy the fukas themselves. As it stands, my greatest hope is to find a rare S rank board and hopes that someone that has my Fukas happens to want my board.

Yeah, I think if i was on the PC/PS2 version I would of quit a long time ago due to the economy being so messed up.

I sell Vulcalines in my shop for 7.5k, Nanoresins for 5k, Ebons for 2,5k, within about 2 minutes of them going up for sale somebody comes in and buys the lot.

PCers have given up on the player shop system. It was one of the things I was most looking forward to in the game, being able to buy things from money I've earned. I should be able to sell the 10* I have, and use the money to buy some other 10* that the other person didn't need.

Yesh, try looking for a synth mat on PC/PS2. You'll get a full list of shops to visit, and you'll be lucky if ONE of them has it under NPC price >____>

i did a day of mad beasts s2, not seeing anything. and then i convinced goukezitsu to try it out once we got him to 75 and i got a halarod on his 3rd run as leader.

We did 40+ Rainbow Beast runs. I found 1 Deva Zashi but presented it to a friend that was in my party and wanted it.

I've seen 3 S-rank weapon boards drop since Sunday, including 2 within a two-hour span last night in Mad Beasts.

That said, I've done Demons Above S / Eastern Peril A-S2 probably >200 times combined without ever seeing a quick unit drop.

Law of averages. You're probably coincidentally hitting your lucky moments where you could care less. Leave it to sonic team that makes a game that KNOWS what you want, just so it can screw you over.

Same thing happened to me. I was looking for A rank units from jaggo's but got bored and switched to my alt. The second mission of CB i played on my alt, i got a jaggo spawn. I signed off, did other stuff for a while and when I signed back on later, I got another jaggo spawn on my first mission.

ive hunted for a halarod forever with just me and a friend..then one day we decide to invite one ranger..it drops and he gets it...;_;..i've done an absurd amount of demons S..eastern S2, and now mad beasts but still nothing >.<
