Pannons look like small jarbas. They're terrible. I don't at all mind killing them.
Rappies have lost alot of their charm since PSO and especially PSIV, but they're still enjoyable to look at in a small degree.

The correct answer is that the monster design of the game sucks anyway.

Pannons are the most pathetic enemy I have ever seen in any game category (and Jaggo's... A dirty ver of Chao, wtf?), Rappies are like maskots and so are Chao's I dont understand why ST ruined it for themselves on having more ideas based on chao's (not really but Jaggos suck).
