PSU-Item: Is this normal?

Odd, unless the finished item is under a different name I didn't see it in the PSU item database either. Maybe i'm just too tired and missed it.

But anyway. Is this supposed to drop here? I was looking for my Te / Tech Charge and found this, [B] Te-senba, [B] Hajirod and a Rappy Feather instead. Kinda lame.

Yes it is normal. When you synth it it becomes the Crea-zashi. Also all Crea boards seem to be area drops and it doesn't really seem to matter on the difficulty except for the Crea Doubles.

Yeah, drops from enemies are set on a per level basis and then within each area. The normal crea boards happen to drop from any enemy that are at least lv 30 which most B ranks have.
