There was a list of [B] items you can view under http://www.psupedia.info/index.php?title=Main_Page
labeled as Synthesis Boards.

Currently the sight is down so you'll have to look up what's registered

If you're looking for a list of what each synth item can be used for, look at this item category:
http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/13/synthesis_ingredients/

Click on the synth material and it'll give you a list of every item that particular material is used for.
