Well from my point of view, nothing drops sranks on Rainbow Beast http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

An Olgohmon is an Olgohmon, regardless of the statuses, elements, etc. Same with Jarbas and anything else. If they have the same name, they have the same drop.

ok. thats what i figured.

the 'king' and 'buffed' just effect the damage output and defence

Nah, it's not true. It might affect the rate, but it certainly doesn't mean that they're the only ones that drop it. I got my Uransara from the first mob of Olgohmons. They weren't buffed or anything. Just your average Olgohmons. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I'm pretty sure others in here will tell you that they got their Two Headed Ragnuses, Halarods, Deva-zashis, etc. from the normal version of the enemy.

Heh, the worms are no problem, just pull out an icecard/Reverser wand combo. Attack them with the ice cards ( 400-600 normal damage per swing, 200-300 per bullet ), and reverser the hunters to keep em happy http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Yeah, that works, but I use the ice bow PA on my Ulteri and occasionally mix in some Shunbu spam with my ice Asami-zashi to flip the worms over.

The Buffs and Crowned versions do get a slight XP boost. The final King Olgohmon in Rainbow gives around 1.3 times as much XP as his little friends. Might those extra effects with which they start effect the amount of meseta dropped?
